UPDATE

Helloooooooooo everyone,

I’ve been so slammed that I forgot to mention the Hudson River Loft Series # 2. It was incredible. Unfortunately, it was so compelling that we forgot to take photos. But here’s a cool photo from the inaugural reading.

The Rumpus has the best writing prompts: Where I Write, Last Book I Loved, Last Poem I Loved, and Albums of Our Lives. A light bulb went off in my head when I thought, “What about Last City I Loved?” I inquired to Stephen Elliott about this, and he told me to do one. It’s published here.

I am reading at two off-site events at the Associated Writer’s Program in Chicago on March first. Details Below.

1) Our event features readings by the following outstanding contemporary artists and Connotation Press contributors:

Chloe Caldwell, Natasha Trethewey, Campbell McGrath, Carol Frost, Dan Albergotti, Keetje Kuipers, Susan Tepper, Robert Vaughan, David Tomaloff, Kona Morris, Len Kuntz, Stephanie Bryant Anderson, Cindy Zelman, Lee Busby, Amy Monticello, Bill Yarrow, Adam Sorkin, Sandy Longhorn, Nancy Reddy, Ben Tanzer, John Domini, and more, along with Connotation Press editors Meg Tuite, Nicelle Davis, Mari L’Esperance, John Hoppenthaler, Anna March, and Stephanie Brown.  3:00-6:00PM with Cocktails at 2:30PM.  Kasey’s Tavern, 701 S Dearborn Street. RSVP HERE.

 2) Heavy Feather Review, Knee-Jerk, Big Lucks, & The Way We Sleep present Everything Will Be OK, an AWP offsite reading at the Billy Goat Tavern, featuring J.
